CASE STUDY
Classical Guitar Virtuoso
Classical Guitar Virtuoso is an Instagram page showcasing musicians playing classical guitar pieces. As their popularity began to rise, they asked me to design a logo to elevate their look.
Soon after the logo launch, their account grew to the point where they received a sponsorship offer from a prominent guitar strings company. I was tasked with developing a giveaway campaign, which included creating digital posters.

As the page continued to grow, optimization and organization became key. My client asked me to research hashtags to include in their posts. I got to work and found a series of low-competition keywords that would be most effective for the page.

Compared to the popular keyword "guitar," with more than 30 million posts, there were fewer users submitting posts under the "classical guitar" subcategory, at less than 500,000 posts. My research found that narrowing the scope down to hashtags like #classicalguitar, #guitarmusic, #guitarcover, and #guitarsolo would bring in the highest visibility and traffic from the Discover page.
As an aggregator page with so many user-submitted posts, it became evident that my client would need a way to organize every submission. So, I introduced them to scheduling software.

I brought them up to speed with the basics of the software and with developing an optimum posting schedule. Scheduling content in advance significantly reduced the daily time and effort needed to run the account and streamlined their entire curating process.
User engagement grew to an all-time high, with myriad submissions coming in daily — and the page continues to grow today. ■
